Balloons, a bear and chocolates
We send these only with a flower order. Put any of them in your bag next to a bouquet or a box, and they come in the same delivery as the flowers. Helium balloons arrive inflated and tied on ribbons, 5 for $35 or 10 for $60. Classic are white latex and Hearts are red foil. For a hospital, choose Hearts, since several LA hospitals keep latex balloons out of patient rooms, and check that hospital's rules before you order.
Biscuit the Bear, $35, is a soft caramel teddy about 8 inches tall, small enough to sit beside a bouquet or in the corner of a box. Ferrero Rocher come in boxes of 24 for $30 or 48 for $38.
Fresh rose petals in red, pink or white come from 25, 50 or 100 roses, from $99. Petals from 25 roses come in a paper bag, and from 50 or 100 in a box, ready to scatter over a table or a bed.
Flowers and sweets in one gift
Some designs already have the sweets inside. Seven macarons sit among spray roses and hydrangea in the round blush box, $99. A heart of red roses comes with macarons and a heart of pink roses with Raffaello, both from $99. Twenty-five red roses in a glass vase come with a heart-shaped box of Ferrero Collection, $159. With any other bouquet, a box of Ferrero Rocher from the add-ons above does the same job. Boxes without sweets are among our flower boxes.
Gifts that stay after the flowers
A preserved red rose under a glass dome, $84, needs no water and keeps its look on a desk or a nightstand. The bloom rests on a clear glass base under a bell-shaped cover with a round knob on top. It suits a dorm room or any place where a vase of water is impractical. Potted orchids and a succulent bowl keep growing at home; you'll find them, with care notes, among our potted plants.
