Yes, when you order by 6 AM. Every morning at 6 AM our florist hand-selects fresh flowers for the orders placed by then, and at 9 AM we start arranging them. After 6 AM, the earliest date is tomorrow. You choose the date in your bag.

Deliveries arrive between 12 PM and 8 PM. Need a specific time? Call us or ask in the chat before you order.

At 6 AM we hand-select flowers for the day’s orders. We don’t make bouquets in advance or stock up for the week, and whatever wasn’t used yesterday isn’t used today. Your bouquet is made from stems chosen that morning, so it arrives at its freshest and stays beautiful longer.

We deliver within 30 miles of our Hollywood Blvd shop. Delivery is free within 2 miles; beyond that it’s $7–$45 depending on distance. Your bag estimates it from your ZIP code, and you’ll see the exact fee at checkout, before you pay.

Very close. Every bouquet is arranged by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Flowers are seasonal and availability can vary. If a flower isn’t available, we replace it with one of equal or greater value, keeping the colors and style of the arrangement. Want to see it before it goes out? Check “Send me a photo of the bouquet before delivery” in your bag.

Yes. Write your card message in your bag and we’ll attach it to the bouquet. At checkout you can add delivery instructions for our driver: gate code, floor, who to hand it to.

We always try to hand the bouquet over in person. If no one answers the door:

If there’s a safe spot (by the apartment or house door, or with a concierge), we leave the bouquet there and take a photo. The photo is our proof of delivery, and the order is considered delivered from that moment. We can send it to you on request.

If there’s nowhere safe to leave it (a locked building, a pass required, a concierge who won’t accept it), we call the recipient using the number in your delivery instructions. If they don’t answer, we contact you.

If we can’t reach either of you, we bring the bouquet back to the shop and let you know right away by text, email and phone. Then it’s your choice:

• pick it up at our shop at 6201 Hollywood Blvd;
• book a redelivery. If the original delivery was free, redelivery is free too. If not, it’s charged at the same delivery rate.

We hold the bouquet until the end of pickup hours the next day (7 PM on weekdays, 4 PM on weekends). We don’t keep it longer because we only send fresh flowers, and a bouquet that has waited for days is no longer the one you ordered.

If the bouquet isn’t picked up or redelivered by then, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund.

Important: if the bouquet must be handed over in person and shouldn’t be left at the door, say so in the delivery instructions and include the recipient’s phone number. We’ll call first.

It depends on the flowers and their surroundings. Roses often last around a week, and potted orchids several weeks. Bouquets in a vase usually last longer than arrangements in a box with floral foam.

To help them last, every bouquet is made from fresh flowers on the day of delivery, and each order comes with a packet of flower food. The rest depends on care and conditions at home. Flowers don’t like heat, direct sun or sudden temperature changes, like a room that heats up when the AC is off all day.

Bouquets in a vase

• mix the flower food into the water;
• trim ½ inch off the stems at an angle;
• change the water every 2 days;
• keep them away from direct sun, heaters, AC vents and fruit.

Flowers in a box

• add a little water to the foam every day so it never dries out;
• keep the box in a cool spot out of direct sun.

Changes

• Flowers and delivery date: until 6 AM on the delivery day, when we buy the flowers for your order.
• Address and card message: until your order is handed to our driver, usually after 12 PM. We email you when it’s on its way, and after that they can’t be changed. For pickup, until we email you that your order is ready.

Running late? Call us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Cancel before 6 AM on the delivery day for a full refund. For example, for a Friday delivery you can cancel until 6 AM Friday. After that, the flowers for your bouquet have already been bought, so the order can’t be canceled. To cancel, text (323) 493-1514 or email info@cherryblossomla.com with your order number. It counts from the moment you send it, even if we read it later.

Peak days

For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and our other peak days, changes to the flowers or the date and cancellations close at 6 AM three days before delivery. For February 14, that’s 6 AM on February 11. The address and card message can still be changed until your order is handed to our driver.

If something’s wrong with your bouquet

If your bouquet arrives damaged, wilted or different from what you ordered, text or email us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include a photo. You choose: a new bouquet or a full refund. Either way, our driver will collect the original bouquet.

The same 6 AM rule applies: to pick up today, order by 6 AM.

No need to leave your car. Your confirmation email includes the exact spot near our shop at 6201 Hollywood Blvd where you can pull over briefly. Call us when you’re 5 minutes away and we’ll bring the bouquet right to your car.

Running late? No problem: your bouquet waits for you until the end of pickup hours the next day.

Cherry Blossom Flowers is a flower shop at 6201 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, on the corner of Argyle Ave, next to the Pantages Theatre and a 4-minute walk from the Hollywood/Vine Metro station.
